Guided sessions
Doing your first breathwork session – or your first one with a new coach – can be daunting. We’re not really accustomed to opening ourselves up in a primarily non-verbal way, and it can feel uncomfortable.
And, for the record, I completely get it. It took me a while to think of breathwork as something that could actually help me on the journey I wanted to start.
So here, I want to make things as accessible as possible – and the end results feel not just relatable, but attainable, too.

Single sessions
Each session lasts 90 minutes and is run 1 to 1, in person, from my home studio in East London.
What to expect
In just one session, the breath can work wonders. Through an altered state of consciousness, we can regulate our nervous system, then come back to our bodies feeling calm and centred to face life’s challenges from a balanced position.
As for the sessions themselves, everything kicks off with a chat. You can say as much or as little as you like – all we need to do is shine a light on the areas you want to focus on.
Once we’ve done that, the breath-focused work begins. It can look something like this:
A guide through conscious connected breathing, which we’ll practise together until you feel comfortable and ready to begin
Some grounding meditation to help you relax into the session
An immersion into the practice to the level you feel comfortable with
Identifying acupressure points through touch to help your body release pressure and deepen the breath
Following this, the session focuses on deep relaxation, reflection and finally reintegration to the world around us.
This is important – breathwork can take you into altered states of consciousness, and you may feel far more open, or be embracing feelings of bliss. It’s a sensitive period, and one that needs a gentle approach to step out from.
